FIREMEK is a turnkey automated line for the production of fire-resistant glass (EI30, EI60, EI90 and higher). Thanks to its innovative technology, ease of use and cost-effective operation, it is an ideal solution for both large companies and small and medium-sized enterprises.
The line covers the preparation of the silica-based intumescent mixture, glass filling and controlled curing in an oven equipped with Siemens PLC.
The FireMek line includes:
– Vacuum mixer for preparing the intumescent mixture;
– Automatic mixture feeding and dosing system, ensuring precise, controlled and repeatable filling of the glass panes;
– Curing oven with Siemens PLC control;
– Tilting table for glass assembly;
– Tilting filling table with an orbital anti-bubble system.
The glass produced provides protection against flames, smoke and heat, in compliance with European and international fire safety standards.
