The Multi-Curvature 3D glass forming system uses independent bi-directional variable curvature mechanisms, both longitudinally and transversely, to shape complexly bent glass—such as spherical, J-shaped, S-shaped, and saddle-like curves.
Compared to conventional systems, it offers high precision in shaping complex and deeply curved geometries.
Thousands of synchronized servomotors ensure accurate control throughout the entire 3D forming path (dynamic bending) without the need for molds, guaranteeing stable and reliable bends during the forming and tempering process.
iTemper 2.0 Bending and Tempering System
iTemper 2.0 is a powerful software that directly processes 3D model files of curved glass, automatically generating bending parameters and optimizing the tempering phases. The system enables intelligent multi-stage thermal process management, adapting precisely to the technical specifications required for each geometry.
Floating Bending and Tempering Technology
This innovative technology eliminates the limitations of traditional fixed-motion glass systems by allowing controlled suspension of the glass panel during tempering. Through dynamic adjustment of nozzle height and pressure, uniform and symmetrical cooling is ensured. The homogeneous airflow over the surface guarantees even internal stress distribution, improving dimensional accuracy and the optical quality of the tempered glass.
