Most of our furnaces can be equipped with a regular radius CROSS (cylindrical) bending and tempering system for glass thickness from 3 to 12mm without using the mold, by a bending radius that is set with a simple PC command. This type of CROSS bending is suitable for shower box glass , furniture, boating, household appliances, etc.
The bending radius varies depending on the bending side size of the glass and its thickness.
Glass Company has developed Glass Break Alert (Patent Pending) for glass tempering furnaces, the system provides advanced safety: it promptly detects and signals the glass breakage during the tempering process preventing damages and optimizing the production.
Glass Break Alert can be installed on any brand of glass tempering furnace (new or old) to minimize losses, increase the efficiency and ensuring a safer working environment.
