• Firemek is an automated turnkey system for the production of fire resistant glass appreciated for its innovative technology combined with its ease of use which makes the production of EI glass no longer exclusive and, also thanks to the low price, even suitable for medium / small businesses. An intumescent and extremely transparent Silica-based mixture is prepared using a vacuum mixer, following a PLC-controlled process and by means of a special metering pump is poured between two or more glass plates depending on the fire resistance you want to get, EI30, EI60, EI90, etc. The process is completed in the oven, where crosslinking takes place by means of a specially designed technology. The silica-based intumescent gel in normal conditions is perfectly transparent, but in the event of fire it swells creating a thermal-insulating, rigid and opaque foam that guarantees both fire resistance and mechanical resistance (stability). Fire resistant glass protects against flames, smoke and toxic gases, prevents heat transmission through the glass surface and is approved to meet the requirements of European and international EI fire prevention standards. Firemek also includes other machinery necessary for the production of fire-resistant glass. INTUMISCENT MIXTURE CURING OVEN is made in Italy, customizable, it is controlled in all its phases by SIEMENS PLC, it uses dedicated software created taking into account the technical specifications relating to the curing of the intumescent mixture. TILTING TABLE FOR GLASS ASSEMBLY WITH SEALING TAPE suitable for glass sheets with maximum dimensions of 2500x3500 mm, used for MANUAL application of the double-sided adhesive spacer on the edge of the glass. The table also allows the filling of small and medium-sized glass with intumescent dispersion. The table can be equipped with suction cups to hold the glass (optional). TILTING GLASS FILLING TABLE WITH ORBITAL OSCILLATING The table is suitable for glass sheets with dimensions of 2500x3500mm and allows optimal filling of the glass with intumescent dispersion. The orbital function allows you to eliminate the creation of micro bubbles during filling and the illuminated surface allows you to immediately check for the presence of defects that can be immediately eliminated.
  • The glass plasma treatment by atmospherical pressure is an innovative technology born from GLASS COMPANY experience in flat glass surface treatment special projects. Our atmospheric plasma PLASMEK is a cleaning and treatment cell that allows an alteration of the glass surface tension in a single step, increasing the adhesion of the products applied in the immediate subsequent stages of processing. PLASMEK working system is available for any glass dimension and can be configured in line with other glass processing machines through automated integrations. PLASMEK is a special technology suitable to solve specific problems on several tyoes of coating and adhesives applications on flat glass and for the "sandwich" composition with other technical materials.

  • Equipped with fiber, UV or other laser source, specially designed for glass industry, ideal for ABLATION, ENGRAVING of any type of coating, leaving the glass fully transparent or with opaque effect, useful for coating removal and subsequent positioning of the lenses or TV screens on the mirrors, pictograms marking, etc.
  • SoftMek «HG Square» is a software specially developed and registered by Glass Company to calculate the position of the cuts (to be made with laser) of the electrically conductive coating applied to the glass, to produce HEATED GLASS with specific characteristics. The software is designed to calculate the best way in which the electric current will pass in oder to best satisfy the requests for temperature, power or resistance. In addition to carry out the calculation the program creates a DXF drawing of the circuit to be marked, to be used directly on the laser machine which performs the ablation and engraving of the coating.
  • There are several ways to cut glass with a laser: one of them is FILAMENTATION. The most advanced techniques, involve the use of ultrashort pulses with the aim of modifying the structure of the glass, creating an incision inside it. Our laser machine, which is operated by CNC, can also handle the separation of the piece from the scraps through a long-applied shock the incision. This machine is able to cut float glass with a thickness which can go from 0.5 mm up to 15 mm and, in some cases chemically tempered glass, with the following advantages: - The laser processing minimizes defects on the glass ensuring an excellent quality of the cutting profile, so as to facilitate the glass tempering and bending process; - The glass is processed without mechanical stress favoring an increase in the quality of the tempering, tested in the automotive sector; - Minimizes the need for subsequent finishing operations, such as grinding; The cut is performed without the use of external fluids (water or gas) and without the production of dust or fumes (a suction system is not necessary); - The low powers absorbed and used by the sources ensure a consumption that can reach up to 70% less than a water jet cutting machine.
  • The LASER DRILLING MACHINE is specially designed for drilling flat glass used in various sectors such as automotive, medical, furniture, photovoltaic etc. Being controlled by CNC, the machine allows the processing of slabs of large dimensions with thicknesses that can reach up to 15 mm, with the following advantages: - The use of a galvanometric head with a working area of 65 x 65mm, allows for quick and precise processing of complex drawings; - The intelligent software that manages the CNC allows chamfering to be performed during the drilling phase without further work phases; - The use of a particular laser source makes the machine resistant to industrial environments; The laser drilling process does not involve the use of liquids to cool the workpiece; - The low power absorbed and used by the machine ensures consumption up to 60% less than a normal CNC drill.
